I haven't been to a laundromat in several years and boy have I been missing out. This place is GREAT!! This place is very clean, bright and organized. The young man working was extremely nice and helpful. I had at least 4 big comforters and 3 bags of clothes and Alex showed me around and how to put items together for washing that would make it the most cost effective and easiest to do. I spent about $22.00 and 2 hrs and got everything done. I can definitely recommend using this laundromat!

I’ve been going to this place for years. Not all machines have card readers but they have quarter machines available. Do yourself a big favor and READ THE SINAGE THEY HAVE POSTED. There a signs everywhere telling you information like the WiFi password, how much to load machines of different sizes with, and where to put your soap and softener. (Varies depending on washer, soil level and load size) the dryer wall can be a little tricky if you haven’t used one before but again, There’s signs that teach you. I’ve never had an issue here other than maybe when it’s crowded, and what are you gonna do? Laundry mats get crowded. Very grateful to have a clean, well maintained and safe place to do laundry. Thank you!

I have been using this laundromat for 7 years since I moved to the area. They keep their machines well maintained and rotate out new machines before needed. They have many large capacity washing machines and dryers. The cost is fair and the dryers work fantastic without over charging. Some machines also have swipes for credit cards. It’s always clean and comfortable. It has a great rotation of customers coming and going so it’s not normally too many people there at once. My favorite laundromat in Louisville!

I own a new business, and switching over to someone else to do the laundry for us was a big move. For months I couldn't find someone who met my needs both in quality of work and client service. I got a cold call one day from the owner Chuck. I was immediately impressed with how friendly and professional he was. I was so happy to meet his wife and business partner because she was the business woman I was searching for to meet my needs. She worked with me seamlessly on building a relationship, and it was very easy to map out how we can both work together to make things smoothly on both ends of our business. Their deliveries have always been on time, any adjustments needed have been dealt with in ample time, they have gone out of their way to try new products to give the best outcome towards my goals, and I genuinely enjoy working with them. The quality has been unmatched by 4 other businesses I tried before them. I'm very excited to grow with them. If you want to work with someone with a family feel who very much care about their work- I highly recommend their services.

We absolutely love this place! If there ever has been an issue with a machine…the staff assists and corrects immediately! The location is safe and clean. Hours are great. No complaints! Sundays are busy (to be expected) but never have I had to wait on a machine. 5 stars

Super nice folks and amazingly fast and perfect service. They try hard to deliver with great care and service ahead of schedule. I used their drop-off wash and fold service twice while in town for a family medical emergency. Wonderful people and experience!!

$3.50 for one load washers. $3.75 for two load washers. $5.25 for what look like 2 load washers also? $6.75 for large capacity washers. $0.75 per 12 minutes on regular capacity dryers. $1.25 per 15 minutes on high capacity dryers. (best value if you have a lot of items) Not a ghetto building. Not a ghetto neighborhood. No ghetto people as far as I could tell. Takes debit cards on some washers and dryers. Front door is locked unless you're apart of their 24 club. Back door is unlocked for all during posted business hours. Didn't see anyone working here / supervising, which was odd.

All the machines work. Actually wash and dry quickly. Easy use with my debit card. Read signs and ask for help if you need it. Friendly staff. It’s an older place so there are stains on carpet and chairs. However it is neat and well designed. Washers are quiet and dryers are inset on a wall which greatly muffles the sound. The most quiet laundromat I’ve ever been in. I greatly appreciated that. I had six loads of sheets and I was in and out in less than an hour. It was a weekday morning so that may have had something to do with it but still well worth the trip. Thank you!!

We’ve been working with 2406 for a couple of years now, and they’ve been wonderful! Amanda and her team are always so kind and reliable. Our laundry always comes back fresh, clean, and perfectly folded. We’re so thankful for their excellent service and consistency!
